Medication Delivery

CV Healthshare is seeking a reliable and professional Medication Delivery & Administration Assistant to join our Brisbane headquarters on a casual basis (move to full time after probation period).

This role combines medication deliveries with administrative support, ensuring our partner clinics and pharmacy sites nationwide receive the highest level of service.

Unlike a standard courier model, this is not a drop-and-go role. Our assistants are responsible for liaising directly with clinic staff, delivering stock to designated areas, completing documentation, and following up on queries to maintain seamless operations. In addition, the role provides valuable administrative support across our national network.

Key Responsibilities Medication Deliveries

• Safely and accurately deliver medications and stock to healthcare clinics.
• Liaise with clinic staff to ensure deliveries are placed in the correct location (e.g., medication rooms, fridges).
• Complete all required documentation, including delivery records and confirmations.
• Provide follow-up on queries, ensuring clinics receive accurate and timely responses.

Administration Support

• Invoicing: Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices.
• Data Entry: Maintain accurate records in relevant systems.
• Clinic Liaison: Act as a professional point of contact to assist clinics with enquiries.
• Record-Keeping: Support compliance by ensuring documentation and logs are up to date.
• National Support: Provide administrative assistance to our pharmacy sites across Australia.

About You

We are seeking someone who would like oppurtunity, is dependable, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to balance delivery responsibilities and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will bring:

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate documentation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with clinic staff.
• A valid driver's licence and confidence driving in metropolitan Brisbane (reimbursement provided at 0.99c for km)

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $23.25 – $33.19 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
