The Role

We're looking for a reliable and detail-focused person to join our Brisbane headquarters. This is a hybrid role blending medication deliveries with administration, perfect for someone eager to grow in healthcare logistics and operations.

This is not a "drop-and-go" courier job. You'll play a hands-on role in delivering critical medications directly to treatment areas, ensuring accurate documentation, liaising with clinic staff, and supporting our national operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Clinic Deliveries & Liaison

  • Deliver medications safely and accurately to partner clinics.
  • Place stock directly into the correct locations (e.g., fridges, treatment rooms).
  • Complete delivery records and confirmations.
  • Build rapport with clinic staff and provide timely follow-up on queries.

Administration Support

  • Assist with invoicing and financial processing.
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry.
  • Respond to clinic enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Support compliance with up-to-date documentation and logs.
  • Provide administrative support across our national pharmacy sites.

  • Comfortable balancing delivery and administration duties.

Requirements:

  • Valid Australian driver's licence.
  • Availability between 7am – 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.55 – $29.27 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
