The Role

We are seeking a reliable and professional person to join our Brisbane headquarters. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the move, takes pride in accuracy, and values the responsibility of handling medications that directly support patient care.

Unlike standard courier work, this role is about trust and precision. You'll liaise directly with clinic staff, ensure deliveries are placed in the correct areas (such as medication rooms and fridges), and complete essential documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely and accurately deliver medications and stock to healthcare clinics.
  • Place items directly into correct storage areas (e.g., fridges, treatment rooms).
  • Complete all required delivery documentation and confirmations.
  • Build professional rapport with clinic staff and provide timely follow-up on queries.
  • Handle stock with care and maintain compliance with cold chain protocols.
  • Travel from Sunshine Coast, down to Gold Coast and Various locations in Brisbane

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented.
  • Confident driving in metropolitan Brisbane.
  • Comfortable liaising with healthcare staff.
  • Adaptable and proactive in solving small challenges on the go.

Requirements:

  • Valid Australian driver's licence.
  • Ability to work between 7am – 6pm, Monday to Friday.
