We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Sales Associate, providing critical support to our high-performing sales team and gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

The Role

As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team and assisting with all aspects of the property sales process. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with prospective buyers and clients through phone, email, and SMS communication

  • Assisting with auction registrations and attending auctions

  • Coordinating and attending open for inspections and private viewings

  • Supporting loyalty marketing campaigns and prospecting activities around listings

  • Managing and coordinating social media content and property footage

  • Attending photo shoots, property appraisals, and pest and building inspections

  • Developing a deep understanding of client preferences to provide personalised support

  • Ensuring properties are presented to the highest standard for inspections and marketing purposes

The Candidate

The ideal Sales Associate is a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented professional who:

  • Certificate of Registration (COR) essential or in progress

  • Experience in Real Estate, preferably a Sales Associate position

  • Has strong local knowledge of Box Hill, Rouse Hill, and Marsden Park

  • Demonstrates a genuine passion for real estate and motivated to grow and develop

  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
