We are currently seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join a well-equipped and busy workshop based in Jandakot. This is a temporary to permanent position, offering consistent hours, a great team environment, and the opportunity to secure long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out maintenance and repairs of bins, truck components and other equipment.
  • Operate workshop equipment safely and effectively.
  • Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organise work area, adhering to all safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • Relevant trade qualification.
  • Strong welding and metal fabrication skills (MIG/TIG/Oxy-Acetylene).
  • Demonstrated experience as a welder/fabricator with a strong background in metal fabrication and welding.
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency (essential).

Position Details:

  • Temp to perm position
  • 38 hours per week
  • Rate: $38 -$40/hr + penalties
  • Location: Jandakot
