ABOUT YOU

You're not just an EP—you're a Senior-level clinician with a track record of delivering outstanding results. You've spent years refining your craft and are ready to bring your skill, leadership, and genuine care to a team that values all three.

You have a minimum of 4 years' experience as an Exercise Physiologist

You can confidently manage and lead a diverse caseload independently

You're a strong communicator and natural team player

You bring empathy, authenticity, and a whole-person approach to care

You're fully qualified and ready to go with:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Clinical Exercise Physiology
  • ESSA Accreditation
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • National Police Check

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Exercise Physiologist at Changez Health and Fitness, you'll be responsible for:

● Delivering 1:1 and small group exercise sessions

● Designing and delivering individualised, evidence-based programs

● Educating clients on injury prevention, chronic disease management, and rehab

● Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team (Physio, Psychologist, Dietitian, Allied Health Assistant)

● Monitoring client progress, adapting programs, and supporting clinical excellence across the team
