Due to growth, this successful business is now looking for a Finance Operations Manager with a strong eye for detail, finance expertise and a passion for continuous improvement. This role offers variety, finance operations, project involvement, and the chance to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing and reviewing an offshore team's work
  • Acting as an escalation point for the team
  • Ensuring accuracy across spreadsheets, balance sheets, and P&L statements
  • Participating in new projects, including implementation of a brand new new loan management system
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the business

What We're Looking For

  • Finance experience (preferably within an Australian lending business)
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Trust management experience
  • Offshore team management experience (a bonus but not essential)
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, project-driven environment
