Our client is an Australian owned drinks company with an innovative, growing drinks portfolio. Known for their strong brand equity and innovation they produce liqueurs, RTD's and sparkling products which are in high demand across Australia.

Due to their on-going success, they are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of On Premise to lead and execute the channel strategy nationally. Based in Melbourne or Sydney and reporting the Managing Director, this is a pivotal leadership role where you'll have autonomy and ownership of the strategic growth plans throughout the on-premise channel, whilst working closely with both national and state-level teams to deliver performance, distribution and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead national on-premise strategy across distribution, brand presence, and revenue growth
  • Manage major national and state-level on-premise accounts, groups, and venues
  • Develop and deliver brand-building plans and activation programs across key venues (e.g. sampling, perfect serve, tailored promotions, menu placements, and permanent visibility)
  • Position the business as a market leader, through a unique portfolio
  • Contribute to pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and supply chain planning
  • Align channel plans with broader commercial objectives in collaboration with key internal stakeholders
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of hybrid account managers to pursue prospects, promote products, offer solutions, and achieve sales targets.

About You:

  • Currently operating as a Head of On Premise or NBM in On Premise, with strong national account exposure
  • Proven relationships across major on-premise groups and key influencer venues
  • Commercially astute, with a deep understanding of brand-building in the on-trade
  • Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator
  • Highly motivated, strategic, and passionate about premium drinks and the hospitality channel
