Hedland Trattoria is a well-known Italian restaurant in the Pilbara region located in South Hedland, Western Australia.

We are seeking a highly motivated person to join our friendly team on a casual basis as a Bartender - Bar Supervisor.

The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, good customer service and a proactive approach to the working environment.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Customer Service/Greeting Customers
  • Taking, confirming orders and relaying to the kitchen staff
  • Serving Food/ Beverages
  • Answering phones and placing takeaway orders
  • Processing payments
  • Helping with Food Preparation
  • Stock taking and ordering
  • Stock replenishment
  • Rostering and training new staff
  • Cleaning and other miscellaneous tasks as directed

Experience in a busy, fast paced venue for a minimum of 2 year plus, a can-do attitude with the availability on nights and weekends is desirable. Full on the job training will be provided. RSA required and Approved manager's certificate acquired or willing to obtain.

  • Excellent personal hygiene
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to perform tasks proficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Be honest, trustworthy and reliable

This is not a FIFO role.

Wages are paid weekly. The base annual salary is in the order of $68, $76,515.00, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test.
