Join Our Team – Full-Time Client Relations Officer

Kangaroo Bus Lines is currently seeking a passionate and detail-driven Customer Travel Coordinator to join our Sales and Marketing team within the Charter Bookings division. This is a Full-Time role, Monday to Friday,with some occasional weekend work as operationally required perfect for someone looking to make a meaningful contribution to a growing, community-focused company.

The Role

As a Customer Travel Coordinator, you will be the key point of contact for both new and existing clients. You'll support the Charter Bookings team by managing inquiries, preparing accurate quotes, and ensuring every client interaction reflects the excellence we're known for.

Key responsibilities include:


• Providing outstanding service and support to clients


• Responding to booking inquiries and client communications


• Preparing detailed, accurate quotes for charter services


• Assisting with administrative duties, including documentation and data management


• Supporting general office functions as needed
