- Dealing with customers face to face, offering flight tickets and holiday packages according to their preference and budget.
- Answering phone calls and email inquiries and providing ticket / holiday package quotations.
- Handling corporate accounts with their VIP's and employees travel and holiday needs.

- Facilitating VIP's special requests to their flight tickets or hotel accommodations.

- Creating seasonal group tour packages.
- Issuing flight tickets, processing rebooking and reissuance , EMD issuance, refunds according to passengers' requirements.
- Tailor hotel and holiday packages for passenger honeymoon or family holiday packages.

- Facilitate passengers visa application requirements.
- Book and issue hotel vouchers with or without airport pick and drop.
- Offers travel insurance and international driver's license.
- Follow up to customers after sending quotations to finalize or amend flight/holiday details according to their preference and finalize.
- Attending Airlines and Hotels product update for new rules and seasonal price revisions.
- Do after sales, to make sure passengers are aware and updated on their flight details or if there's schedule changes, holiday and travel document requirements before their flight departure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
