About This Opportunity

The Payroll Administrator is responsible for supporting a variety of duties to help manage the payroll of the Cooperate Network as well as providing support to the cooperate network. This role would be reporting into the senior payroll partner and would be suitable for someone looking to progress their career in the payroll sector.

About this opportunity

You will be part of a team focused on managing the payroll of the network of corporate offices and provide support to the Dovida network. You will also be responsible for mentoring and coaching members of the wider Payroll team.

  • Support the Payroll Operations and Systems Manager in the delivery of effective and efficient payroll

    operations
  • Lead a team of three Payroll Partners.
  • Maintain specialist knowledge of Payroll Practices, Employment Legislation, Enterprise Agreements and Award interpretation.
  • Complete all necessary compliance lodgments for single touch payroll, superannuation, and Portable LSL
  • Prepare payroll reporting for management as required.
  • Drive to achieve continuous improvement in the overall payroll processes.
  • Backfill Payroll Manager when required.

About you:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar senior Payroll position
  • Ideally have led teams in the past or be passionate about developing others
  • Demonstrated experience in leading projects, preferably implementation of systems.
  • Experience using Aurion preferred
  • A quick learner and an effective user of technology.
  • Intermediate to advanced excel skills.
