Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Tableau Developer or similar role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, or Tableau Online.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and transforming data.
  • Experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Tableau certification (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist / Certified Associate).
  • Experience with other BI tools (Power BI, Qlik Sense) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
