Role Description

This role involves utilizing skills in a dynamic environment to make a meaningful impact on the project. You will develop reports and dashboards using Tableau, perform data analysis and validation, write SQL queries, extract, cleanse, and visualize data sets, and provide training and support to end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop reports and dashboards using Tableau to meet business requirements.
  • Perform data analysis, validation, and quality checks.
  • Write SQL queries to support report design and development.
  • Extract, cleanse, and visualize data sets for reporting purposes.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on the utilization of reports and dashboards.

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years of commercial experience in developing business intelligence solutions.
  • Proficiency in SQL and cloud-based databases (e.g., Amazon Redshift).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience with customer relationship management systems (CRM) is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related discipline.
