Are you ready to take the next step in your Information Management career? Join a highly respected Commonwealth Agency as an APS5 EDRMS Specialist and play a vital role in driving best practice records and information management across the agency.This is an initial 6-month contract, offered on a full-time basis, with an hourly rate of $55–$70 plus superannuation. *Please note that this role requires a *Baseline Clearance.

  • Partner with stakeholders at all levels, building strong relationships while providing expert advice and user support.
  • Contribute to policies, training, and frameworks that strengthen compliance, efficiency, and knowledge sharing.

What you'll do

  • Lead by example in promoting information governance best practice.
  • Provide first and second-level EDRMS support, liaise with vendors, and work with IT teams to resolve issues.
  • Develop quick reference guides, and training programs to educate staff.
  • Assist with records sentencing, disposal, retrieval, and mail/courier processing.
  • Support policy development to enhance records and information management across the organisation.

**What we're looking for****

  • Strong knowledge of EDRMS (Objective ECM highly regarded).
  • Skilled in troubleshooting, configuration, and user support in a complex environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to train, guide, and influence others in best practice records and information management.
  • Relevant qualifications and/or RIMPA membership (or willingness to obtain).
