  • Casual position | $37.35 per hour
  • Part-time position (minimum 12 hours per week) | $29.88 per hour
  • Primary location: SkyPoint, with flexibility to work at Dreamworld and WhiteWater World as required

What's the gig? 
Both roles are predominantly based at SkyPoint; however, you may be rostered across Dreamworld and WhiteWater World as needed. Our Security Team is seeking friendly, customer-focused professionals to join us, helping to ensure the highest level of safety and security for our guests, team members, and assets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overnight fridge and freezer checks
  • Locking up the park
  • Securing buildings and gates
  • Conducting patrols
  • Performing animal welfare checks
  • Monitor entry and exit points including elevators, stairwells, and back-of-house areas
  • Ensure orderly flow of visitors, especially during peak times, sunset sessions, or events

To Be Considered, You Must Hold:

  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Current Security Licence (including unarmed, crowd controller, monitoring)
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification

What We're Looking For:

  • No security experience required – just a willingness to learn
  • Outgoing, approachable, and confident communicator
  • Ability to perform well under pressure in high-traffic, fast-paced environments
  • Strong team player with a collaborative attitude
  • Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster, including weekends, evenings, overnight shifts, and during school and public holiday periods
