Your Mission

As a Disability Support Worker, your role is to:

  • Provide safe, person-centred support to individuals with disability, particularly overnight
  • Support participants with bedtime routines, medication, and emotional reassurance
  • Maintain accurate overnight documentation and incident reporting
  • Help ensure our participants feel secure, respected, and valued — always

Who We're Looking For

We need female support workers who:

  • Live in or near Kelmscott or Lakelands; or are willing to travel to these areas
  • Are compassionate, calm under pressure, and love helping others
  • Can work independently during the night
  • Are reliable and responsive, with excellent communication skills
  • Align with Super Squad's values of inclusivity, positivity, authenticity, and adventurous spirit

Must-Have Superpowers

  • Certificate III or IV in Disability (or willingness to obtain)
  • Valid WA Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current Working With Children Check
  • National Police Clearance (within 3 months)
  • First Aid & CPR
  • Assist Clients with Medication - HLTHPS006
  • Right to work in Australia
  • Mobile phone with credit

Desirable Extras

  • Experience in Supported Independent Living (SIL)
  • Awareness of trauma-informed care
  • Familiarity with the NDIS and disability sector standards
  • Comfort with assisting participants with medication and overnight routines
