to join our dynamic Pen Plus team.
About The Role
You'll provide support to adults with disability, including those living in residential aged care, those needing mealtime assistance, and individuals with neurological conditions. This role isn't just about providing care – it's about shaping it. You'll play a key role in developing and expanding our adult services under the
Pen Plus
banner, to grow a responsive, impactful, and sustainable offering.
Your work will span:
Direct client care – building strong, respectful relationships and delivering evidence-based support
Supporting Adults within nursing home settings
Mealtime assessments and strategies
Neurological rehabilitation and capacity-building programs
Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, wrap-around support
Mentoring others and helping shape the future direction of our adult service stream
About You
You're a confident clinician with a strong understanding of adult disability and neurological care. You bring energy, leadership, and a commitment to continuous improvement. You're also someone who thrives in a team and genuinely cares about the people you support.
