Your Role Will Include:
Work from their main office/clinic space is located in Sandringham with another in Frankston Provide high quality therapy and intervention services to a range of NDIS clients Mostly clinic-based with some outreach work involved, depending on the clients' therapy needs Mixed ages caseload with referrals tailored to each therapist and their preferences Adults + Paediatrics very varied caseload including complex conditions Billable target based on your level of experience, working days and supervision responsibilities Why this role: Salary from $80 K - $110 K + super Annual staff training, PD and learning day with the whole company Monthly team meetings per discipline as well as company-wide Regular recognition and awards for their staff Employee Assistance Program Flexible working days and hours including a 9 day fortnight if desired WFH opportunity when not seeing clients to do admin and report writing Robust induction and onboarding with a week of just learning about the company Self care plan is created for all staff when they start to make sure they have a progression and mental health plan based on their needs The Support: Monthly supervision for all therapists provided by your team leader Informal supervision opportunities and increased tailored support for new graduate and early career Speech Pathologists Progression plan is created for all members to ensure they feel well supported with their career goals Collaboration opportunities with other disciplines and professional development events for you to expand your skills Team Culture: People first approach to how they treat both their Speech Therapists and participants A young and social team that like to socialize at work events as well as outside of work Great culture - celebrates their success and share their challenges Energetic team presence at their office with plenty of opportunities to collaborate with other members of the team Collaborate with support workers, Occupational Therapists, other Speech Pathologists and Behaviour Support Low turnover and a very stable team Requirements/Skills: Minimum 1 year postgraduate experience Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology SPA membership Unrestricted Australian Working Rights Interested in this position?
