What You'll Be Doing

  • Creating and supporting a wide range of IT solutions for our awesome clients.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving across our tech stack – by phone, email, chat, remote login, or onsite.
  • Acting as a go-to expert within our Annuity Services Team.
  • Delivering top-notch customer service with a smile (and serious tech know-how).
  • Helping implement, maintain, and enhance client infrastructure.
  • Managing your workload like a pro, hitting SLAs, KPIs, and CSAT targets.
  • Mentoring junior staff and sharing your knowledge.
  • Keeping documentation sharp and up to date.
  • Staying curious about the latest in tech.

What You'll Bring

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Citrix, Windows Server, Entra ID/AD, enterprise server hardware, backup/storage/virtualisation (Lenovo/IBM, HPe, VMware, Hyper-V, Veeam), networking (Fortinet, Aruba, Cisco), and cyber security tools.
  • A knack for solving problems fast and logically.
  • Great people skills and a passion for making clients happy.
  • A positive attitude and a hunger to keep learning.
  • Ownership, accountability, and a drive to make a difference.
  • MSP experience? That's a big plus
