Requirements:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for IVR systems based on functional specifications.
- Conduct end-to-end testing of IVR applications, including menu navigation, call flow, data integration, and user prompts.
- Record and document bugs, issues, and inconsistencies identified during testing sessions.
- Perform regression testing for system updates and changes.
- Validate integration points with CRM, databases, and other backend systems.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to troubleshoot and resolve IVR issues.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and client requirements.
- Prepare detailed test reports and provide feedback for system improvements.
- Stay updated on IVR technologies and testing best practices.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on other technologies.
- Experience with software development methodologies and tools such as Agile, Scrum, Git, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and participating in code reviews.
Day-to-Day Activities:
