You'll lead small crews in civil, earthworks, and construction works, ensuring compliance, productivity, and the safety of every person on site.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supervising on-site team and subcontractors on an active mine project
  • Planning and executing work safely in line with Schedule 26 requirements
  • Running pre-starts, toolbox talks, and risk assessments (JHAs/SWMS)
  • Identifying hazards and implementing effective controls
  • Liaising with client supervisors and coordinating daily work permits
  • Maintaining accurate site records, safety documentation, and inspections

What We're Looking For

  • Proven background in civil, mining services, or construction supervision
  • Completion of Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor training (e.g. BSBWHS411 & BSBWHS414 or equivalent)
  • Strong working knowledge of WHS (Mines) legislation
  • Great communication, problem-solving and team leadership skills
  • Current Driver's Licence, White Card, and ability to pass DAS/medical
