Your New Role
Joining this growing practice you will play a key role in delivering practical, strategic advice on high-value corporate and commercial matters including M&A, equity raisings, joint ventures, and corporate governance.

You will be involved in drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts and support business sales and acquisitions, including those involving real estate components. In addition to working closely with other practice areas across the firm's global platform, you will also mentor junior lawyers, shaping the team's future.

Your Skills Profile
  • 4 years PAE in broad range of corporate and commercial matters;
  • Excellent communication and technical skills with strong attention to detail;
  • Collaborative team member yet autonomous; and
  • High level of client service skills.
