About the role – Sydney Region

Are you a 3rd or 4th Year HVAC-R Apprentice looking to continue your learning journey and take the next step in your career?

We are seeking Apprentices who are not only passionate about the HVAC-R trade but are also skilled and enthusiastic to deliver exceptional service for our customers across Sydney for a variety of government portfolios.

You will work with our qualified tradesmen on all aspects of service equipment through preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs and upgrades as part of a skilled and friendly team.

What you will need to be successful in this role

  • You must be a 3rd or 4th year HVAC-R Apprentice.
  • Proven ability to solve basic HVAC-R / Electrical faults (service fault finding experience preferred).
  • Valid ARCTICK Refrigerant handling trainee licence
  • Valid drivers licence.
  • Provide evidence of or apply for National Police Check (NPC) and Working With Childrens (WWC).
  • Provide WHS White Card.
  • Upon request, provide your TAFE results.
  • Professional presentation and communication skills
  • Have a "Can Do"  and willing to learn attitude.
  • Value working safely every time and keeping others safe.

You may be required to participate in audiometric testing within the first 3 months of your employment to allow Precise to record a baseline measure. The testing may be repeated every two years thereafter. Testing will be paid for by the Company and the results will not impact the hiring process or the terms of employment.
