ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Alto Capital is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join its Subiaco office as a full-time Administration Dealers Trainee. This entry-level role offers valuable exposure to the financial services sector and is ideal for someone looking to build a career in administration, finance, or investment advisory.

KEY RESPONSBILITIES

  • Assist with the preparation of documentation and digital filing
  • Support compliance processes including client verification
  • Liaise with clients and assist advisors with banking and finance queries
  • Contribute to basic banking services, reporting, and invoicing
  • Help manage shared office facilities and coordinate administrative tasks

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Strong literacy and communication skills
  • A proactive and organised approach to work
  • Interest in financial services, accounting, or investment (not essential)
  • Experience or knowledge of shares or cryptocurrency (desirable but not required)
  • A willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment
