RACMA focuses on medical administration, utilising the clinical knowledge and judgment of registered medical practitioners to influence health and safety. Members of RACMA include professionals involved in hospital management, health service administration, and the development of health policy.

Role Description:

This is a long-term, fixed-contract role for a Product Manager - (Dynamics 365 CE) specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. The role is hybrid and located in
Hawthorn East, VIC,
with the possibility of some work-from-home arrangements.

The Product Manager
will lead the roadmap and development of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solution for Membership and Training Management Platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product innovation and business analysis, and who can translate complex business needs into powerful product features.

Responsibilities of the role will include the following:

• Act as a subject matter expert on Dynamics 365 capabilities and integrations
• Define and execute the product roadmap for Dynamics 365 CRM CE Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Membership, Education, and Training) to gather requirements and prioritise features.
• Lead product lifecycle activities from ideation to launch and iteration
• Apply business analysis techniques to elicit, document, and validate requirements
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Extensive, hands-on experience with Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE across both functional and technical domains
• Experience delivering end-to-end Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE implementations in Agile environments
• Strong consulting, facilitation and communication skills - you're as comfortable writing code as you are in stakeholder meetings.
• Ability to lead system design and architecture, with a focus on performance, scalability and user experience
• A continuous improvement mindset and passion for staying current with product updates
• Train end-users and deliver ongoing support to ensure optimal utilisation of Dynamics 365 applications.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customisations, and processes.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs.
• Experience with writing automated test suites for Power Platform components
• Ability to address/rationalise application issues and understand the technologies supporting the application
• Writing and developing functional and technical specifications
• Drive to rapidly deliver value to customers through complex Power Platform and Dynamics CRM implementations.

To be suitable for this role, you will require the following skills and experience:

• Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into practical CRM requirements.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager in enterprise software, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Strong business analysis skills, including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and process mapping
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems, especially Dynamics 365 modules
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA or certifications in Business Analysis a plus)
• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and development tools, especially for D365.
• Understanding of building Power Portal applications while utilising the native capabilities or customising the Power Portal (pages)
• Technical knowledge of Dataverse and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, including development of Plugin Assemblies, Web Resources, PCF Components and Dataverse Customisations
• Experience with Power Automate Flow creation and management.
• Ability to provide user training and technical support
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform (preferred)

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions
• Skills in system integration and optimisation
• Excellent project management and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience in the Medical College Industry is a plus.
