The role

We are seeking a retail manager to lead our women's team, who are a passionate and talented group of people committed to delivering outstanding client experiences. You will have direct oversight of our women's showrooms (currently 5), supporting and nurturing a community of professionals who are both driven and genuinely wonderful to work with. The role combines building strong teams, managing staffing budgets, overseeing day-to-day operations (including wardrobing and visual merchandising), and achieving sales targets. With a focus on collaboration and clear structures, you'll help create a consistent operating rhythm and work closely with operations, stock, and merchandising to ensure the right products reach the right places at the right time.

Key responsibilities


•     lead, coach and support showroom managers across multiple locations


•     own hiring pipelines, onboarding and probation outcomes


•     drive clienteling with simple weekly targets and reviews


•     review sales, wage and stock reports and turn insights into clear store actions


•     uphold replenishment and transfer processes, and maintain clean, accurate stock rooms


•     assist with staffing issues as the highest point of escalation


•     run focused meetings with agendas, actions and follow ups


•     collaborate with men's leadership to align service standards
