*What are we looking for?*
Our National Work and Road (W+R) Practice Group is on the lookout for bright and enthusiastic lawyer to join our Sydney West W+R team.

Ideally, we are seeking an experienced lawyer with personal injury experience particularly in the workers compensation or motor vehicle accident space.

This role is as a rare opportunity for a proactive, passionate and results driven lawyer who specialises in Personal Injury law to work with one of our firm's most experienced and respected practice groups, which will see you managing your own files and support team.

In addition to taking on a wide range of challenging legal matters within a dynamic practice group, this role will also see you manage and strengthen existing community relationships along with initiating and building new networks.

Your responsibilities will include

• Day to day management of a file load
• Providing clear, practical and concise legal and commercial advice
• Providing a tailored approach to clients to understand the context of their matter
• Identifying practical and innovative solutions for clients
• Continually exploring new opportunities for your practice and developing new business
• Forging and building strong client relationships

*What will you bring?*
Our successful candidate will be a committed and enthusiastic individual who possesses the following

• Ideally minimum of 2+ years Post Admission Experience
• Previous experience and a passion for Personal Injury law
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional negotiation skills and an ability to communicate effectively and compassionately
• Experience in running files end to end
• Demonstrated skills in effective network and relationship management
• Ability to exercise judgement and resolve problems quickly
