Lawyer - Senior Associate | Workers Compensation | Sydney West at Slater and Gordon Lawyers. What we look for is a proactive, passionate and results-driven lawyer who specialises in Personal Injury law, particularly workers compensation or motor vehicle accident experience, to join our Sydney West Work and Road team.

Responsibilities
  • Day to day management of a file load
  • Provide clear, practical and concise legal and commercial advice
  • Provide a tailored approach to clients to understand the context of their matter
  • Identify practical and innovative solutions for clients
  • Continually explore new opportunities for your practice and develop new business
  • Forge and build strong client relationships
What you will bring
  • Ideally minimum of 2+ years Post Admission Experience
  • Previous experience and a passion for Personal Injury law
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively and compassionately
  • Experience in running files end to end
  • Demonstrated skills in effective network and relationship management
  • Ability to exercise judgement and resolve problems quickly
