What are we looking for?

**Workers Compensation team | Permanent Full-Time opportunity | Penrith**

An exciting opportunity is now available in Penrith. We are now seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join the Workers Compensation team on a Permanent Full-Time basis.

Our clients can be entitled to a range of benefits and compensation under the Workers Compensation Scheme. Our Lawyers in the Workers Compensation team, understand that suffering a workplace injury, can present major hurdles to overcome. They support our clients every step of the way with care, understanding, flexibility and support. Our Lawyers take care of the legal needs, so our clients can take care of their recovery.

You will be reporting to a busy Lawyer, and as one of the support team members, you will help maintain and drive the success of the department. Your energy and drive will be integral in achieving successful outcomes along with your positive approach to your work.

This is a not-to-miss opportunity for those who like to take ownership of their work and work hands on with matters.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Liaising with clients, lawyers and other professionals
- Arranging appointments
- Producing and filing court documents
- Preparing briefs
- Managing a database
- Diary management
- Generating & editing correspondence

You will be an experienced Legal Assistant with a passion for social justice and generating positive outcomes for clients.
