The Role
Are you looking for a role where your technical skills actually make an impact? At Chamonix, you'll get stuck into meaningful, hands-on work with Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform - building smart, scalable solutions that genuinely help our clients move forward. You'll be involved in end-to-end delivery across a range of interesting projects, working in a collaborative consulting environment that values technical curiosity, practical problem-solving, and continuous learning

What You'll Be Doing

• Building, configuring and customising solutions in Dynamics 365 CE (on-prem and online)
• Developing using C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform, and Azure services
• Creating and managing entities, forms, views, and workflows
• Extending D365 with plugins, custom workflow activities, or JavaScript as needed
• Building Power Automate flows and contribute to Power Apps solutions
• Support solution design, backlog refinement, and agile delivery practices
• Working closely with clients and stakeholders to understand and deliver on business requirements
• Collaborating with project teams including business analysts, consultants, and testers
• Supporting presales activities
• Staying current with platform updates, tooling, and modern approaches to Dynamics development

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years experience delivering solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (on-prem and cloud)
• NET/C# skills for plugin or extension development
• Hands-on knowledge of configuring forms, views, business rules, and workflows
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate and model-driven app)
• Experience with Power Pages, Project Operations, Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service
• A strong understanding of system integration and customisation approaches
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team
• Experience with DevOps/ALM practices and CI/CD pipelines is a bonus

Desirable

• Previous experience in professional services or consulting is preferred but not essential
• Experience with Power Pages, Project Operations, or Field Service
• Knowledge of ALM, environment strategy, or D365 administration
• Microsoft certifications (PL-200, MB-210, or similar)
