The Role

Blooms the Chemist Dubbo has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Part-time Pharmacy Assistant for a fun, dynamic, and busy team environment. This role will suit anyone who is friendly, self-motivated, and customer-focused.

As we enter a growth phase, we are seeking staff available to work a mix of dispensary and floor shifts over the store's fortnightly roster, including some weekend work (between four and six shifts per week).

Your Role will focus on:

  • Providing exemplary customer service in both the dispensary and the shop floor
  • Taking in scripts and dispensing medications
  • Actively assisting the Pharmacists to provide service and product information
  • Processing and unpacking orders in both the dispensary and front-of-shop
  • Maintenance of store presentation standards

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Positive and customer-focused
  • A great communicator
  • Detail oriented
  • Experienced as a Pharmacy Assistant or Dispense Technician
  • Enthusiastic and willing to work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment
  • Loves building relationships with customers
