About the Role

Blooms the Chemist Dubbo is undergoing a growth phase and has a fantastic opportunity for a Part or Full-time Pharmacist (hours negotiable). This is an opportunity to work as part of a friendly customer focused team, who offer exceptional service.

We are seeking a motivated Pharmacist willing to step out from the dispensary and facilitate our wide range of professional services. The successful candidate would be working alongside the Pharmacy owners to provide high level customer service and health advice.

Your role will focus on:

• Dispensing and supervising the dispensing of prescriptions
• Check prescriptions and dose administration aids prepared by dispense technicians
• Counsel patients with the optimal and safe use of medication
• Assist with customer service queries
• Oversee activities in the dispensary to ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy

The successful candidate will possess:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy
• Full Unrestricted Registration with AHPRA
• Excellent communication skills
• Amazing customer service and people management skills
• Eagerness to be part of our pharmacy family
• Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
• Ability to vaccinate (highly desired but not essential)
• Familiarity with expanded scope of practice in NSW (UTI, Contraception, etc)
