We at Coforge are looking to hire a Business Data, Risk & Compliance Analyst with the below mentioned skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business domain knowledge
  • Technical knowledge across data analysis, data governance and risk assessment, quality assurance, data security and privacy. meet requirements for compliance with regularity policies and standards, from acquisition to destruction
  • Soft skills such as business, technology and risk stakeholder engagement, good communication and collaboration, problem-solving, knowledge of project management, and promoting data culture/ change management
  • Data culture adoption through embedment of data management policies and frameworks.
  • Alignment with business needs and reduced data risks
  • Enhanced data-driven decision making
  • Improved data quality and efficiency in data use
  • Improved collaboration across stakeholders
  • Improved implementation and enforcement of data governance, security and privacy policies

Required Qualifications:

  • Practical experience conducting and documenting control testing activities, including IT general controls.
  • Experience supporting operational risk management processes with a focus on technology, within a team or project environment.
  • Ability to identify and assess risks, analyse data and provide clear, actionable insights.
  • Understand data definitions, usage patterns, models and schemas Ensure data policies align with business needs.
  • Engage with business and support data governance and quality initiatives.
  • Engage with business for operational enforcer of data policies within the business/ LOB Maintain data quality and integrity.
  • Monitor compliance with governance rules.
  • Collaborate with enterprise data teams.
