About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Epoxy Floor Coating Applicator to join our team in Sydney, NSW. As a casual employee, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality epoxy floor coatings to our clients across a range of commercial and industrial projects. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and a commitment to excellent workmanship.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and cleaning surfaces to ensure proper adhesion of epoxy coatings
  2. Mixing and applying epoxy floor coatings using the appropriate techniques and equipment.
  3. Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
  4. Collaborating with the wider project team to deliver exceptional results
  5. Adhering to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as an epoxy floor coating applicator, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting
  2. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  4. Good physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of the role
  5. Familiarity with the use of specialised equipment and tools for epoxy floor coating application
  6. Knowledge of relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
