UX/UI Designer

We're looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to champion our existing product suite and drive new features for web, mobile, and stand-alone products in the childcare space. You'll manage the full design process end-to-end, working closely with product and engineering to deliver software that people love.
What You'll Do- Champion current systems and drive new features across applications
- Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI in Figma
- Build and maintain a consistent design system
- Implement designs with HTML/CSS (JavaScript & React, Angular, or Vue a bonus)
- Validate and refine designs through usability testing, and A/B
- Translate business and technical requirements into intuitive, user-friendly solutions
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for great, pixel-perfect design
- Data-driven and comfortable testing, measuring, and iterating
- Intuitive, clever thinker who can solve problems creatively
- Excellent communicator who explains ideas simply and clearly
- Thrives in a scale-up environment, balancing multiple projects
