Vic. Quarry Transport Manager (Full Time) - Northern Victoria

Mawsons is a family-run business that produces quality construction materials throughout Northern Victoria and Southern N.S.W.  Across these regions, Mawsons are prominent players with over 500 employees across 80 sites. Trading also as Milbrae and Country Concrete, with a history spanning over 110 years and Adbri as a Joint Venture Partner, Mawsons are very well established and highly regarded.  We are currently seeking a confident, motivated and highly organised person to join our team in the capacity of Victorian Quarry Transport Manager to be based in Northern Victoria.

Reporting to the General Manager – Transport, the successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management of Mawsons Vic Quarry Transport business, ensuring vehicles and drivers are fully compliant in all aspects of operations, driving and optimising efficiencies whilst maintaining safety standards, quality and supply along with data analysis and reporting as required.

Essential Criteria:

· Previous transport management/ industry experience.

· Sound knowledge of NVHR and CoR Compliance

· A strong focus on safety, quality and environmental care.

· Energy, drive and enthusiasm with the ability to lead and collaborate.

· Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficient computer literacy.

· A current drivers licence.
