Are you an experienced
Accounts Receivable or Credit Control professional

Key Responsibilities
Duties will vary depending on the role, but may include:

  • Daily banking: downloading statements, receipting, allocations, reconciliations, and journals
  • Managing high-volume debtor ledgers and running aged debtor reports
  • Full-function credit management including collections, queries, and dispute resolution
  • Following up overdue accounts via phone and email
  • Processing EFT and cheque remittances
  • Assisting with credit claims, short payments, and credit limit reviews
  • Preparing debtor updates and contributing to AR/credit meetings
  • Partnering with sales, accounts, and operations teams to resolve customer issues

We're Looking For Motivated Finance Professionals Who Bring

  • 2+ years' experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Credit Control
  • Strong systems knowledge (Dynamics, Business Central, or similar ERP systems highly regarded)
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Confidence in following up debtors and resolving queries
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Exposure to reporting tools such as Power BI (desirable)
