About Us – O'Brien Electrical & Plumbing / Solahart Grafton
We're a proud local business that's part of the O'Brien Group network, delivering exceptional service in electrical, Plumbing, and Solar across Grafton and the Clarence Valley region.
Our team manages a wide range of local service work — from maintenance electrical, plumbing and solar installations and retail. We thrive on collaboration, professionalism, and good humour, and we're looking for another Service Coordinator to join our Grafton team.
This is the perfect role for someone who loves keeping things organised, communicating with people, and helping jobs run smoothly from start to finish.
About the Role
This position supports the coordination and management of our electrical, plumbing and Solahart operations — ensuring every job runs efficiently, customers are kept informed, and our technicians have everything they need to deliver great results.
Some of the things you'll be involved in include:
- Scheduling and coordinating Electrical, Plumbing and Solahart jobs.
- Managing job creation, progress, and close-out.
- Invoicing all completed jobs accurately and on time.
- Coordinating Government Solar Rebates, ensuring all claims and documentation are correct and submitted promptly.
- Supporting retail sales for Jindara wood heaters and Weber BBQs, assisting with quotes, sales coordination, and customer enquiries.
- Communicating with subcontractors to ensure inductions, compliance, and site coordination are completed.
- Maintaining accurate records and operational reporting for management visibility.
We Offer
- An attractive and competitive salary.
- A full-time, long-term opportunity for the right person.
- The chance to become a valued member of a fun, professional, and supportive team.
You'll Be Someone Who
- Has strong computer and system skills.
- Thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Can multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Communicates clearly and confidently with both customers and colleagues.
- Enjoys being part of a high-performing team that values laughter, respect, and teamwork.
- Experience in job management systems is ideal but not essential — we'll provide full training.
If you're looking for a role that blends coordination, communication, and variety — in a team that genuinely values what you bring — we'd love to hear from you. Email your resume to or call with any questions.
