We are a luxury home builder seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team and lead a project located in the Eastern Suburbs.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of construction crews and subcontractors
  2. Oversee the implementation of construction plans and schedules
  3. Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise
  4. Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations and company policies
  5. Liaise with clients, architects and other stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns
  6. Manage project budgets and costs, tracking expenditures and identifying opportunities for savings
  7. Provide leadership and guidance to the construction team, fostering a positive and productive work environment

What we're looking for

  1. MUST have experience as a Site Manager in luxury residenial construction
  2. Proven experience delivering architecturally designed homes
  3. Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings and specifications in DETAIL
  4. Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, equipment and safety regulations
  5. Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors and the wider project team
  7. Proven leadership and team management skills
  8. Carpentry background is preferred.
