About the role

HOLDFAST Fluid Power is seeking skilled Mobile Hose Technicians to join our growing team in Perth, WA.

As a Mobile Hose Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site hydraulic hose repair and replacement services to our diverse range of commercial and industrial clients. This is a full-time role, with a focus on delivering high-quality, responsive service to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Diagnose and repair hydraulic hose failures on-site at customer locations
  2. Measure, cut, and fit new hoses to customer specifications
  3. Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections on hydraulic systems
  4. Provide expert technical advice to customers on hose selection and application
  5. Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used
  6. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and best practices

What we're looking for

  1. Former experience in Hydraulics, Fluid Power, Fire Suppression, Auto Lubrication or a related engineering discipline
  2. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  3. Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  4. A current driver's licence
  5. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
  6. The ability to work independently and as part of a team
