Technical Lubrication Services (TLS) is looking for skilled Mechanical Fitter with FMG and BHP inductions to join our team for casual shutdown work (FIFO).

We're currently actively recruiting for;

November 21st to 24th

November 22nd to 28th

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform lubrication tasks on fixed plant equipment, such as filter and oil changeouts, grease sampling, and hose replacements.
  • Assemble and crimp hose assemblies as required.
  • Conduct routine inspections, repairs and maintenance on equipment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 6 months experience as a Mechanical Fitter or Lubrication Technician is required.
  • Familiarity with fixed plant equipment in the mining or heavy industry sectors (minimum 12 months).
  • Hydraulics & Pneumatics experience (advantageous)
  • Tube Bending experience (advantageous)
  • Experience in hydraulic hoses and fitting, tube and pipe assemblies.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings.
  • Site Inductions (FMG, BHP, RIO) – preferred but not mandatory.
  • Current Australian Manual Driver's License.
  • Valid Confined Space Entry, Working at Heights, Gas Test Atmosphere, and First Attack Fire Fighting certifications (within two years)
  • Be a team player, with a proactive attitude.

Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment medical, including lab drug and alcohol testing, as part of the recruitment process.
