Job Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development

  2. Based on warehousing logistics and supply chain solutions, expand commercial clients that are in line with the company's business operations in both local and overseas markets.

  3. Be responsible for the expansion of new business in the local area, deeply explore potential customer resources, and continuously expand the customer base.

  4. Solution Design and Partnership Facilitation

  5. Based on cold chain logistics, provide effective solution designs and business support for local and overseas customers for end-to-end supply chain management services.

  6. Establish close strategic partnerships with third-party logistics (3PL) companies, explore diversified cooperation opportunities, integrate various resources, and tailor comprehensive and efficient logistics solutions for customers to meet their diverse needs.

  7. Facilitate business cooperation with customers and achieve the company's overall strategic business goals.

  8. Market Research

  9. Conduct in-depth research in local and overseas markets, closely monitor industry trends and market changes, promptly and accurately collect sales and market strategy information, and conduct in-depth analysis and research. Regularly write high-quality market reports to provide strong data support and decision-making basis for the company's decision-makers.

  10. Customer Management and Business Follow-up

  11. Be responsible for the maintenance of local and overseas major customers and the in-depth development of business.

  12. Follow the entire business process, from customer demand analysis to the formulation of quotation plans, to the drafting and signing of business contracts, ensuring the rigor and efficiency of each link. At the same time, maintain close and smooth communication with customers, promptly understand customer feedback, collaborate with the local operation team to optimize solutions, and ensure the smooth progress of business.

  13. Based on the company's business development strategy and in line with local/overseas market realities, formulate strategic plans and detailed proposals for new business opportunities to ensure that the solutions not only meet the company's budget requirements but also effectively promote the continuous development of the company's business.

Job Requirements:

  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in logistics management or supply chain related fields is preferred.

  2. Work Experience

  3. More than 3 years of experience in contract logistics in the logistics industry, with overseas logistics experience preferred.

  4. Relevant background and resources in the overseas fast food, restaurant, catering, high-end supermarket, and food industry or logistics field, or relevant key account (KA) experience in the logistics industry.

  5. Accumulated experience in the operation of logistics warehousing and distribution projects, familiar with all links of warehousing and distribution, with operational experience, and able to provide warehousing and distribution solutions.

  6. Professional Skills

  7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, outstanding oral expression ability.

  8. Possess digital thinking and data analysis capabilities, proficient in using MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

  9. Other Qualities

  10. Strong organizational skills, goal-oriented thinking, good teamwork spirit, and independent working ability.

  11. Able to quickly handle and solve complex task challenges, pay attention to details, and have a strong sense of responsibility and stress resistance.
