Are you a confident, impeccably presented leader who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment?

Our client-an established premium menswear brand with a strong presence in Australia-is seeking an experienced, operationally-driven Store Manager to lead their newly elevated Chadstone flagship location.

This store carries a large, high-turnover product range, so we're looking for a manager with both polish and pace. If you've managed premium or luxury environments but still love being hands-on, on the floor, and across every operational detail-this is for you.

Our client is a respected Australian menswear label known for craftsmanship, modern tailoring, and exceptional customer experience. With a strong footprint in key retail destinations-including premium centres like Emporium and Chadstone-they're recognised for quality product, elevated service and a loyal customer base.

About the Role

As the Flagship Store Manager, you will take full ownership of this high-profile location. You'll lead a polished, service-driven team while ensuring operational excellence is maintained at all times. This role requires someone who can balance elevated presentation standards with the ability to drive results in a busy, product-heavy environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service
  • Maintain outstanding store presentation and visual standards
  • Manage stock, replenishment, VM execution and operational workflows
  • Drive sales performance, conversion and KPI achievement
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure a premium in-store experience
  • Oversee rostering, performance management and recruitment
  • Uphold brand standards and ensure the store runs seamlessly day-to-day
