Are you ready to combine your creative flair with leadership excellence?

Myer is seeking a Visual Merchandise (VM) Manager to bring innovation, inspiration and impact to Myer Chadstone. 

As a key member of the store leadership team, you'll guide a talented group of Stylists and Merchandisers to deliver trend-forward displays and engaging presentations that captivate our customers.

About the role:

  • Execute Myer national VM strategies, including marketing and special activation events
  • Collaborate with the national VM team to plan in-store presentations, brand placement and local events
  • Build strong relationships with in-store stakeholders to drive engagement and alignment
  • Lead, coach and develop your VM team to delivery excellence 

About you:

  • Proven experience in Visual Merchandise with a strong creative eye
  • VM qualifications highly regarded
  • Collaborative and innovative mindset 
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills 
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
  • Skilled in time management skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Passionate about inspiring others through visual storytelling
