About the role

Premier Protection Services is seeking a Licensed Security Guard to join our team in Albury, NSW. As a Casual/Permanent Security Guard, you will be responsible for providing secure cash-in-transit services to our clients. This is an important role that requires a high level of vigilance, professionalism and attention to detail.

What you'll be doing

  • Protecting the safety of cash and valuables during transportation between client locations and secure facilities
  • Monitoring and responding to security alarms and incidents during cash-in-transit operations
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of all cash-in-transit activities
  • Adhering to all relevant security and safety protocols and procedures
  • Providing a high level of customer service to our clients
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless and secure cash-in-transit services

What we're looking for

  • A current Security Licence with a Cash-in-Transit endorsement
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a security or cash-in-transit role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
  • Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry heavy cash boxes
  • A clean criminal record and the ability to obtain a National Police Check
