We have an opportunity for an Administrator to join us in our Insurance practice in Perth working with Rani Aria Retnam and Sue Wilkinson.

About the team and the work

  • You will support a dynamic team of lawyers who work across both Western Australian and Commonwealth jurisdictions with self-insurers on statutory issues, managing claims and common law matters, as well as supporting major litigation proceedings.

  • You will work collaboratively in a team environment with additional administrative team members, using robust processes and excellent software systems.

  • Your duties will include client billing and reporting, file management, assisting with client updates on legal developments, coordinating meetings and diaries, and other varied administrative tasks.

 About you

  • You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience administration within a corporate, medical, legal or insurance environment.

  • To be successful in this role you must be organised, diligent and have good communication skills and able to multi-task under pressure.

  • This is a permanent, full-time role working 8.30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday with some flexibility.
