Architect cloud-native solutions for a major retail banking platform covering digital channels and dispatch systems. Lead hands-on technical work shaping integration layers and application stack, not just drawing boxes on whiteboards.

Remote flexibility with Sydney-based collaboration when needed. Work directly with banking product teams who understand the technical complexity of customer-facing platforms. Real architectural decisions around cloud strategy, microservices design and integration patterns – not rubber-stamping predefined solutions.

Own solution design across the full stack from cloud infrastructure through integration layers to application architecture. Lead technical direction for retail banking workstreams where decisions directly impact customer experience at scale. Shape platform evolution with teams who value practical architecture over theoretical perfection.

What You'll Do:


• Architect end-to-end solutions across cloud platforms, integration layers and application stack


• Provide hands-on technical leadership for retail banking digital and dispatch programmes


• Design integration patterns and platform components for customer-facing banking systems


• Guide cloud migration strategy and microservices architecture decisions

What You'll Need:


• Proven solution architecture experience specifically in retail banking domain


• Strong hands-on background with cloud platforms and integration technologies


• Experience architecting application stacks for banking platforms at scale
