Steeline is a trusted group of Australian-owned metal roofing and steel building product specialists. We locally manufacture and distribute a range of quality steel structures – from roofing and fencing to skylights, patios, and sheds.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Representative. With our office located in Bathurst, NSW, you will reside in either Orange or Bathurst. The Sales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting and generating leads, conducting product presentations, processing quotes and orders, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This role will involve both fieldwork and office based work, 70/30 split on road and office based.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Experience in the construction or building materials industry is a plus
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Proficient in using CRM software
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
  • Knowledge of roofing and steel building products is beneficial
