Aristocrat, a prominent figure in the gaming entertainment sector, is looking for an experienced Sr. Functional/Technical Lead to join our technical delivery team. This individual will be crucial in the implementation of central initiatives at Aristocrat. You will showcase your skills across various Salesforce clouds to enhance customer interaction and boost sales.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop scalable solutions for Marketing, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Field Service, and various managed packages and ISVs.
  • Provide oversight across platform-related domains as a member of the Salesforce Leadership Team.
  • Evaluate feature utilization and recommend adoption of features to increase earned value for our business.
  • Continuously measure and improve internal platform operating guidelines and procedures.
  • Provide code and compose reviews to ensure quality of delivery.
  • Mentor development and advanced configuration teams.
  • Provide hands-on development to supplement internal development and external ISV partners when needed.
  • Complete platform health audits.
  • Act as the engineering owner of our delivery globally.
  • Conduct end-to-end cross-discipline leadership across the software development lifecycle, ensuring timely, high-quality project deliverables, including analysis, functional build, development, and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with technology counterparts and development resources to develop and validate business requirements and project specification documents.
  • Map out current implementations by workstreams and domains.
  • Maintain Technical Library by updating COE SharePoint and Knowledge documents.
  • Collect architecture documents from each SF organization to coordinate technical guidelines.
  • Collect, coordinate, and publish monthly Salesforce release statuses.
  • Complete assessments of each internal organization's business processes.
  • Develop documentation addressing problem statements, process flows, gap analyses, and solution recommendations.
  • Coordinate Lunch n Learn sessions, inclusive Lunchtime Learning sessions, Salesforce Technical Speaker Series, and Annual Summits.
  • Interact with Director and VP level personnel for any overview and COE Roadmap.
  • Act as a link between the Business community and the IT organization to offer technical solutions for fulfilling user requirements.
  • Work closely with Business Owners to grasp and assist in their overarching business strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Development team to comprehend and detail technical information as needed.
  • Participate in argument development, approval, and prioritization process, crafting the IT contribution.
  • Convert broad business requirements into detailed operational and technical guidelines for the IT unit and supervise revisions to these guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Solutions Architects, and Entrepreneurs in defining criteria for assessing 3rd party tools and technology solutions.
  • Champion the re-use of technology solutions across the businesses when practical.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or other technical equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years overall experience in
  • Defining business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed Salesforce system and functional diagrams.
  • Detailing current state business processes, system builds, and sequence diagrams.
  • Configuration, workflows, validation rules, and security controls.
  • Custom development, Visual Force, Apex Coding, and writing tests.
  • Solution compose, batch process, and coding frameworks within
  • Web Service frameworks on the platform.
  • Data management guidelines.
  • Proficient knowledge in environment management, release management, code versioning guidelines, and deployment methodologies.
